Return & Delivery

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because of the nature of this product, we can accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. Return the unassembled item in their original packaging within 21 days, together with your receipt for an exchange. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any exchange. EP Home Store will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have inspected, checked and confirmed the returned goods/products, customers will receive their refund within 7 to 10 working days.

DELIVERIES

All items are available for delivery to Malaysia only, please check with our sales representative for any bulk orders delivery charges.

Deliveries are dispatched, at the latest, on the next working day after the order has been placed, and you should receive your online order within seven to ten working days. Over 90% of our orders are delivered within seven days of being shipped.

Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed notifying you of this. You can check the status of your order in your account area when you are logged in.

If you want to track your order after it’s been shipped, please feel free to contact us at 03-3318 0382. If you supplied your mobile number during the checkout process, they will contact you when the product is delivering to you.

If you do not have an account, we automatically set you up with one when you make your first purchase so please check your inbox for login details.

In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays.

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify upon opening the package. Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment.

Please note that while we will do our best to deliver all orders as promptly as possible, deliveries over the public holiday period may be slightly delayed due to courier closures.
